Rooted in Black Southern experience and spiritual practices, Lo helps people identify and heal generational trauma—tracing where it began so we can choose where it ends. Stephanie Beck is an energy healer and grounded guide who works with people navigating life's most intense seasons. She uses energy work and nervous system regulation strategies to help people find their footing and move forward.
