Soundbath & Chakra Meditation w/ Laura & Logan

Service Description

Get grounded, centered, and expanded with our special soundbath and meditation session with Laura from Wild Garden Wellness and Logan at Flourish Ayurveda Center. This unique experience is the perfect way to reset your energy and rejuvenate your mind, body, and spirit. The first 60 minutes is spent being guided through Logan’s chakra meditation that fluctuates with the season and what’s most needed in the current energetic situation. Laura plays specific chakra sound bowls to accompany the energy centers as you’re guided from the base root all the way up to the crown of the head. The last 30 minutes are for sinking in deep to the sound healing and experiencing Logan floating from mat to mat with gentle Marma energy clearing sessions on each individual. ***We provide a yoga mat, blanket, and bolster and RECOMMEND BRINGING an extra pillow and blanket to ensure the coziest and most comfortable experience.
