What's ready to harvest? Join Rewoven Heart for a nourishing evening of trauma-informed somatic breathwork under the Full Moon. Together we'll honor what has grown, release what no longer serves us, and reconnect with the wisdom of the body through guided breath, reflection, and nervous system restoration. The experience concludes with a deeply restorative LIVE sound bath by Jason from Somatics Harmonics, creating space for integration, rest, and renewal. No prior breathwork experience is needed. All are welcome.
